Reporting Illegal Content

If you have encountered content on our website that you consider to be illegal or inappropriate, you may report it by email at dsa@belenka.com.

Please note that certain content, such as reviews, may be displayed through external platforms, such as Trustpilot, which moderate such content in accordance with their own rules.

Each report is assessed individually and without undue delay, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

A report should include, in particular:

the link to the content, such as the exact URL address, or, where necessary, additional information enabling the identification of the illegal content, adapted to the type of content and the specific type of hosting service;

a sufficiently substantiated explanation of the reasons why you claim that the information in question constitutes illegal content;

your name and email address, except in cases where the information is presumed to relate to one of the criminal offences referred to in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU.

By submitting a report, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, the information provided is true, accurate and complete.

After submitting the report, you may receive confirmation of its receipt. We will inform you of the outcome of the assessment.
